"Wait," you may be asking, looking over the title for the Sunday Snippet. "I thought you're obsessing over Wrath right now? What gives?"

I can only smile, nodding my agreement.

"Yes," I would tell you, "I am obsessed with Wrath; it's my baby right now, after all."

Now now, don't go raising your brow at me, my dear reader, for I have yet to answer your question.

"But this blog was created with the original intent to post snippets of my thoughts and ideas, not to focus on a single obsession."

"Does that mean you won't be sharing any more about Wrath?" I hear you asking, and I'm not sure if it's hopeful or fearful.

"Fear not, little reader," I soothe, "there is a new home for Wrath to bound freely in. For now, let's focus on the Sunday Snippet."

Sunday Snippet: Matt

Another week goes by, and once again it's Sunday. So, without further ado, let's get this thing started!

Today's snippet features the one and only Matt, who we're all getting to know better as time goes on. This is a scene that shows that Matt, despite all of his power, isn't as strong as he wishes he could be.

Sunday Snippet: The Essence of Wrath

So there's still two hours before it's Monday (for me, at least) so I'm going to get this done on time! I have been working hard on my rough draft, as I set a deadline for myself (more details about that coming up on the blog) and am working to make it.

But as I was writing, a sentence popped out of nowhere, startling me. It stared at me, letting me know that this is the key sentence to my entire character. Matt's personality, morals, loyalty, and dedication are all summed up in this sentence, and I believe it will be the one on my dust cover.

But as this is a Six Sentence Snippet, I will add the entire scene the sentence popped up in. It will the the last sentence, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I am right now.
